Personal or confidential information processed while delivering services to a client is governed by the applicable written engagement, scope of work, client instructions and any agreed data-processing or security terms. Those records may be subject to different retention requirements.

No email, website or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential credentials or highly sensitive information by ordinary email.
